Delivery Information

Orders will be sent 2nd class and dispatched within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please send us an email at ninos.masala.ltd@gmail.com Please note that we currently only accept orders within the UK. If you have ordered from within the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire area, you will likely receive your order much quicker, within 1-3 working days.

Returns Policy

We currently do not accept any returns unless the jars have been damaged on receipt. If this is the case, please email at ninos.masala.ltd@gmail.com to arrange a re-delivery or refund. We may ask for proof of damaged goods.
