Nino’s Masala is an authentic, versatile, home-made masala sauce with which you can make delicious meat, vegetable or fish curries. Each batch is carefully hand prepared, containing no artificial colouring, preservatives, additives or nuts.

Our Korma Paste is mild and aromatic, used to create a tasty korma of any kind. Just add coconut cream or full-fat Greek yoghurt and any meat or vegetables to make a very delicious authentic korma dish.

Masala Sauce
Our sauce is a fusion of eastern spices, carefully prepared to a family recipe. Using fresh, natural ingredients guaranteed to provide an authentic, rustic taste of Indian cuisine. Masala means a blend of spices.

It is a base sauce that is great by itself but can be easily adapted to suit your own taste by adding your own spices. See our recipe page for ideas.

Each jar should feed a family of 4, depending on your appetite.

Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 3 days of opening.

Korma Paste
Each batch is handmade using exotic spices including saffron. See our recipe page for ideas.
Each batch is carefully hand prepared and contains no artificial colours, preservatives, additives nuts, or gluten.

It is a base sauce that is great by itself but can be easily adapted to suit your own taste by adding your own spices. See our recipe page for ideas.

Masala Sauce
Serving suggestion:

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil, add masala sauce.

Add approximately 450g of meat, fish or vegetables.

Add green chillies to suit your taste (optional) and stir for 2-3 mins.

Cover and simmer until meat or veg has cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander, serve with rice, naan or chapati and enjoy!

Korma Paste
Serving suggestion:

Marinate 450g of meat or vegetables in 300g of Greek yoghurt or coconut milk for at least one hour (preferably overnight).

Heat the paste along with a tablespoon of oil in a pan.

Add the marinated meat/vegetables, stir until sealed.

Leave to simmer on a low heat until cooked.

Garnish with flaked almonds and serve with rice or chapati and enjoy!
